Order should arrive within 3-5 business after processing time.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight of order.
Orders are typically packed and shipped the same or next business day.
During peak season (i.e. Holidays, product launches, etc.), orders may ship within two to four business days.
Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Mondays and Tuesdays. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Orders are routed to the best warehouse based on location and product availability, and optimized for ground transportation.
For delivery, we use a combination of national, regional and local carriers (e.g. DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx etc.) to move packages closer to delivery points.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. On a rare occasion, the packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
When selecting our Expedited or 2-day shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.
Under all circumstances, the carrier is responsible for all mail pieces that undergo delivery services.
Kamo Fitness cannot be held responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit.
If your package has not been delivered, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find your missing package.
