I got these because I love the serenity shorts and wanted a green pair for workouts and running. To me, these are just like the serenity shorts but the fabric is slightly thinner and softer - kind of like the align fabric from lululemon. These held up great during my run and didn’t show any sweat. They’re very soft and comfortable! Btw, I am 5’4” 140lb and i actually sized up to a Medium because i was worried they might run small. They’re so stretchy that I’m sure a size Small would’ve been fine for me as well.

I’m a big fan of the serenity shorts (my go-to style, I have 5 pair of them) but these come close to my favorite! I have yet to test them during high intensity workouts but I love the flattering cut and the mid level compression to the fabric. I’d say they run tts. I’m 125 pounds, 26 in waist and got a small!

The fit of these shorts is the same as previous collections, but I am not a fan of the new material. I would prefer it to have a bit more structure like the featherlite and serenity shorts. The new material is too soft for my liking, and feels more like a lounge pair of shorts and not workout shorts. The new scrunch is not noticable, and I dont find it to be more flattering than other kamo shorts. Overall, I think they are nice, comfy shorts, but I prefer the featherlite or serenity styles.
