Refunds and Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase but we're here to help should you need to exchange or return it.

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from date of delivery.
  • Garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please make sure to include the items with their original packaging.
  • We do not take back any worn, washed or damaged merchandise including, but not limited to, makeup, stains, smell, excessive animal/human hair, fuzz, lint, etc.
  • We offer FREE exchanges on domestic orders but at this point in time we cannot offer free returns. For international orders we do not offer exchanges but we allow returns.
  • Based on available inventory, when sending items back for exchange you can try a new color or size or even a different style.
  • If you did not leave any information in the Notes section when creating your return/exchange or if we do not have the item you requested in stock anymore, we will process a refund instead.
  • When returning an item you can either generate a prepaid shipping label from our system or you can use your own label.
  • The cost of the prepaid USPS return label is based on the weight of the package and it will be deducted from your refund.
  • When using your own label please make sure to include your RMA authorization form with your package. This form is automatically created in our system when you start your return.
  • To return items from your order and to generate your RMA/return label, go to our returns section or simply CLICK HERE.
  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return from the day we receive it.
  • All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
