Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase but we're here to help should you need to exchange or return it.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days from date of delivery.
- Garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please make sure to include the items with their original packaging.
We do not take back any worn, washed or damaged merchandise including, but not limited to, makeup, stains, smell, excessive animal/human hair, fuzz, lint, etc.
- We offer FREE exchanges on domestic orders but at this point in time we cannot offer free returns. For international orders we do not offer exchanges but we allow returns.
- Based on available inventory, when sending items back for exchange you can try a new color or size or even a different style.
- If you did not leave any information in the Notes section when creating your return/exchange or if we do not have the item you requested in stock anymore, we will process a refund instead.
- When returning an item you can either generate a prepaid shipping label from our system or you can use your own label.
- The cost of the prepaid USPS return label is based on the weight of the package and it will be deducted from your refund.
- When using your own label please make sure to include your RMA authorization form with your package. This form is automatically created in our system when you start your return.

- Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return from the day we receive it.
- All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
