Long shipping and no reply

I was waiting for a week to get an email about my order being shipped when I decided to email them about it. There was no response and to this day what I ordered hasn’t come when I bought it on December 26th, would not buy from again.

I got a size L, which is my normal size. The color is super pretty and the material is very nice. They are a little snug on thw butt/upper thigh but I have a larger butt and thighs so this is unfortunately normal for me.

Loved the styled. Originally got a M which was fine but exchanged for a large for more thigh room but wasn’t actually much bigger. Not baggy for big thigh girls. (US size 8 jeans)

How do I choose my size?

How do I wash it?

Turn it inside out and machine wash at a low temperature. Please skip the tumble dryer, the iron, fabric softener and bleach, so the fabric keeps its stretch and colour.

Can I return or exchange it?

You can return full-price pieces within 30 days of shipping, unworn and with the tags on. Exchanges on US orders are free, and a prepaid return label is deducted from your refund. Sale pieces are final sale. Read the full returns policy.
